Gulf Oysters

I love to eat oysters especially when I was still in the Philippines. We have lots of Gulf oysters there and the price is very reasonable. We used to put vinegar, onions, ginger and pepper and we eat to our hearts delight. Every time we go to the beach in the Philippines, there were lots of peddlers there by the beach selling different kinds of sea foods and of course oysters were always the top choice. We used to eat it raw. Sometimes we make oyster stew. Oysters are known to be the source of beautiful pearls that women love have. They’re so expensive though. But what about if oysters will not only offer pearls but diamonds, charcoal or maybe carrots? But I guess I would like to find a diamond in my oysters. They are more expensive than pearls. It would be my day if I find a diamond inside my oyster. I would be so happy. Like any other sea foods, oysters are good source of iodine but we should be aware of how to prepare it. It is not advisable to eat raw oysters like we used to do in the Philippines. A website called Be Oyster Aware talks about the helpful informations about eating oysters. For all oyster lovers like me, check out this site and be informed.
