My hubby and I decided to sell our house. He came home last Monday with a for sale sign that he bought. I’ve been asking him to contact a realtor so we can put our house in the market. But instead he opted to sell it by ourselves, so he put the sign board, for sale by the owner. Just a few hours after he put the sign infront of our house, somebody called and inquired about the house. He said he will come and see our house on Tuesday afternoon, that was yesterday. My hubby told him that he will just call him when hubby will get home from work so he can come and see our house. So yesterday, I was really busy cleaning our house and putting things in order so it will be presentable when the guy comes. I got tired doing multitask by myself but on the other hand I was glad to see our house looks better after I cleaned it and arranged all the other stuffs that needed to be straightened up. I really didn’t have the time to do it lately as I’ve been busy doing paid blogging. When hubby got home from work, he called the guy on the phone but no answer. He just left a message for him to just come in our house. But nobody came till the evening so I guessed the guy is not really serious in buying. Hubby and I know that real properties in the market is down nowadays but we’ve ben praying to God about selling our house. We wanted to get out of this busy street where we are now and besides we have other plans like going back in the Philippines after I get my citizenship. We just commit everything to the Lord for He knows our hearts’ desire. We let His will be done in our lives for He knows what’s best for us. In everything there is a season and a time for every purpose under heaven.
