I always want to make our house look presentable by cleaning it, decorating, putting nice curtains and rearranging the furnitures. A clean and orderly house makes me feel good and comfortable. I don’t like a dirty house, I can’t stand it. I like decorating our house and also putting some furnishings make the house look better. In our living room, we have some furnitures like the living room set and some display cabinets where I put some of my collections and stuffs. My favorite furniture in our house is the sofa because I can lie down on it while watching tv. Also I love to curl up there on cold days while listening to music or just take a nap. Since I got here in the US, I’ve seen some furnishings that we don’t have in the Philippines like recliners, gliders and ottomans. I think these are pretty and I like to have one myself. Since our living room is not that big and the living room set occupies most of the space, I think ottomans would suit our house because it won’t occupy a lot of space. It would be a perfect addition to any of our rooms to make it warm and inviting. Ottomans can be used for benches, seating, storage, as coffe tables or just for looks. I can also use it as a footstoll to rest my feet while I watch my favorite tv show.
