We had the Hinkle Family who came and rendered beautiful gospel songs in our church tonight. Oh my, I was really so blessed listening to their songs. We were all clapping our hands after each renditions of their songs. They sang live accompanied with their musical instruments and all of them have a wonderful voice. The Hinkle Family’s ministry is a very unique one. They minister to the elderly in Nursing Homes, Retirement Centers, Senior Centers and Churches. They travel 365 days a year from coast to coast. After they rendered some songs, Mr. Hinkle, the lead singer preached a good message. It was truly a blessing hearing the gospel of God preached. After the service I went to shake their hands and told them that I enjoyed their songs and the preaching. They also had their CDs for sale. I really wanted to buy one but hubby did not bring his checkbook. Bro. Allen, the teacher in children’s church heard my hubby telling me that he didn’t bring his checkbook and he offered to buy some CDs for me. He said I can get 2 CDs and he will pay for it. I was so thankful to him. I asked him if that’s his advance Christmas gift for me. He said I’ve been giving him some eggrolls and he’s just returning the favor. He and his family really love my eggrolls. I told him I will give him some more. It’s been a habit of mine that everytime I make eggrolls I give away some to my church members like our pastor, our Sunday school teacher, Bro. Allen, Toni and others. If I give something, I don’t expect to get something in return but God has a mighty way to meet my need. He uses other people as instruments to meet that certain need like what He did tonight. I only wanted to buy one CD but I got 2 CDs for free. I was really so blessed and happy tonight. God is good all the time. I love you Lord.
